All about Love Volume 2

“Love me for a reason let the reason be love” – whenever we propose to someone first replay is why? People will give lots of reasons like love at first sight, the way you behave at …. Impressed and I decided to love you….. Your innocence I liked….. like so many things but really love doesn’t required any reason ,if it started with some particular reason then that might fail because of some other reason ,so it’s better to love someone without a reason called unconditional love and if someone definitely want the reason definitely we can give love itself is a reason
“First love is best love “ – one of the famous line and most universally accepted, frankly speaking love is not at all a calculated one ,suppose take a marriage ,before committing with someone will think of her/his beauty/handsome, age, color, background, hobbies, family .take a job will think of company, job, location, designation, working hours, salary . These are all things are so calculated and they should be like that but take love, most stupid, uncalculated, surprised, awesome feeling. In most of the cases it starts at first sight and if you succeed you really feel the power of love and that is the power of life’s uttermost happiness nothing can beat that. Unfortunately if you failed to get your first love to so called destination marriage, honestly go for second one!!!(To feel the power of love).
If you really want to feel the feel of” first love is best “you should go for second, looks like very stupid but practically speaking this is true. Fortunately if you get first love you were nowhere bother about other happenings but after failing, when you got second one almost all your steps will definitely compare with previous one yourself and finally you come to conclude first love is …… always , and I am sure if you are a real lover second love won’t give you that much feel which you get in first one

BROKEN WINDOW

Today [11 Jan 2011], i was going in my office bus as usual.
Just like all the other days, i occupied the 4th row seat left side to the driver. When it was 7 Am, the bus started and couple more of my colleagues got into it. One of them sat next to me. For my surprise the row next to me [ 3 seater ] was completely empty but the bus was jam packed in all the seats. The reason was the WINDOW GLASS opposite to my right was broken and since it was a cold morning, nobody could sit there while the bus is moving, because it blows a cold air which feels unconfortable while travelling. Also, below the seat there was a cardboard lying which had just flipped from the window, which supposed to be a temporary fix to that broken WINDOW GLASS.

When the bus speed to 60km/H, the girl next to me got up from my seat and adjusted in the corner somewhere in the first seat since the cold air coming from the bus was disturbibg her.

Few of my colleagues, who just passed my seat saw that the window glass is broken and hence they moved to back seaters and they didnt not try to fix it and sit there easily.

And Me, even though i know that there is a cardboard lying down which i can fix , i didnt do it because the broken WINDOW GLASS and the cold air was not disturbing me. So i ignored it, because it is not at all a problem for me.

Later say after 30 min, one senior colleague came down, fixed the broken WINDOW GLASS with the cardboard and sat easily and confortabley in the seat next to the broken window. I also felt bit warmth and confortable and i thanked him in my mind.

But, after another 10 min, the cardboard fell down because of excess wind and this time the person who fixed it didnt attempt to fix it, instead he left the seat and went back to his orignal place..

The incident i explained you is just a very small and basic which we see in every aspects of our day to day life. You might be wondering what is so special in this incident..to be shared with you!!!.
Yes offcourse.. this is not a special.. this is a common incident where we people have to insight and think practically..i think u will agree if you read below..

Here, the BUS is our society/country/state and the DRIVER is our Leader.
We all are the citizens or part of this society..

The broken WINDOW GLASS is a Problem that has occured in our society. A very common problem. [ may be a fallen tree on a road, a accident, uncleaned area near ur house, uncivilized activities at public places etc ]

The driver cannot fix the broken window, because he is driving currently and he has already requested for the third party vendor. Similarly our Leader/Govt cant clean the problem instantly, but he or she would have requested or raised concerns for this problem. If he has not we have to let him know where and what is the problem. He will fix it, it will take its own sweet time..

The girl who got up from the seat becuase of the broken WINDOW GLASS and adjusting in a corner of other seat... is those group of people who has the problem, but donot raise there voice against it, instead adjust to the surrounding itself and live with the problem. These people are everywhere.ex eventhought the uncleaned area is smelling badly at your place, you would curse the smell but dont take action to fix it. Instead as days go on you try to adjust with it. So the problem is not fixed [ are you you one among them ?? ]

Other couple of guys who just walked away seeing the broken WINDOW GLASS and didnt attempt to fix it.. are those group of people who are not at all bothered about the problem. They are not cared whether it is a problem or not, whether it effects or not..they just go on . Ex You see people spit in bus stops, throw plastic covers in Parks etc.. but you never make an attempt to think whether they are doing it right or wrong instead you ignore it or sometime you follow it. Again the problem is not fixed, instead ignored  [ are you one among them?? ]

Now me, who knows that there is a broken WINDOW GLASS and it is a problem.I know i can fix the problem with some minor tweaks, but i didnt do because it is not effecting me. These group of people are those who are only cared for them alone in the society. Who are not worried about the society. And they are very dangerous because they themself are the problem to the society. ex  : If your house area is smelling badly you take risks to clean it but you push the problem to other area thinking your problem is fixed. But you dont worry about the problem that occurs in the other area. Again the problem is not fixed, instead pushed [ are you one among them?? ]

The person who fixed the problem of a BROKEN WINDOW and occupied that place belongs to a very small group of people who exist and care for the society. Who fights for the well of the society with themself. They are group of organization like Rotary clubs or a Individual like salu marada thimmakka. They are born and living for the society. They dont depend on the govt/leader, they dont worry about the people who ignore them, they just want to do and do well [ are you one among them ??]

The last person, who didnt not reattempt to fix the problem of BROKEN WINDOW, when it appeared again belongs to a group of people who fight for the well of the society, who know what is the problem, who implement solution . But they will give up the fight when the problem is stronger than them and conclude that the problem cannot be fixed. [are you one among them?? ]

May be , choosing yourself one among them is not the intention of this article. The main theme here is that there is BROKEN WINDOW problem in evry corner of our society. And near every BROKEN WINDOW there do exist people who belong to all the groups. But the majority is that people dont think that it is there problem, and they want everything to be blamed to GOVT.
When you have the capacity and the smartness to fix the BROKEN WINDOW, then why not you go and attempt it. Why not you go and encourage people for it.
Govt dont ask us to build a PAKKA road , but it asks us to keep the road clean by not throwing plastics, wastes, not spitting .
Govt dont ask us to clean the BIG GARBAGE bins, instead it asks us to dispose the wastes properly, dispose it in the Dust bins only
Govt dont ask us to generate electricity, instead it asks us to save electricty be proper and smart usage.
Govt dont ask us to dig water wells, instead it asks us to save water

very small little thing from a individual will definately make a big difference. We EGB boys have started..
starting with "Say no to Plastics"..
Are you ready!!!

Wiki Leaks

From past few days we are looking at newspaper and television that WikiLeaks has released those details… these details. With which oppositions and media persons thrown so many stones on government and some retired politicians. Just have a look at what exactly WikiLeaks means and its operation
Wiki Leaks is a not-for-profit media organization. Its goal is to bring important news and information to the public. It provides an innovative, secure and anonymous way for sources to leak information to journalists. One of its most important activities is to publish original source material alongside the news stories so readers and historians. It is a young organization that has grown very quickly on a network of dedicated volunteers around the globe. Since 2007, when the organization was officially launched, Wiki Leaks has worked to report on and publish important information.
How Wiki Leaks works
Like other media it is a conducting investigative journalism, it accepts anonymous sources of information. This provides maximum protection to sources. They are fearless in their efforts to get the unvarnished truth out to the public. When information comes in, their journalists analyze the material, verify it and write a news piece about it describing its significance to society. Then publish both the news story and the original material in order to enable readers to analyze the story with the original source material themselves. Their news stories are in the comfortable presentation style of Wikipedia, though the two organizations are not related. Unlike Wikipedia, readers cannot edit the source documents.
They accept leaked material in person and via postal drops as alternative methods; also they recommend the anonymous electronic drop box as the preferred method of submitting any material. They do not ask for material, but they make sure that if material is going to be submitted it is done securely and that the source is well protected. Because they receive so much information, and they have limited resources, it may take time to review a source's submission.
They also have a network of talented lawyers around the globe who are personally committed to the principles that Wiki Leaks is based on, and who defend the media organization.
How Wiki Leaks verifies its news stories
They assess all news stories and test their veracity. They send a submitted document through a very detailed examination a procedure. Is it real? What elements prove it is real? Who would have the influence to fake such a document and why? They use traditional investigative journalism techniques. Typically they will do a forensic analysis of the document and answer a set of other detailed questions about the document. They may also seek external verification of the document For example, for ex release of the one Murder video, they will send a team of journalists to that place to interview the victims and observers of the attack. The team obtained copies of hospital records, death certificates, eye witness statements and other evidence supporting the truth of the story. Their verification process does not mean it will never make a mistake, but so far their method has meant that Wiki Leaks has correctly identified the veracity of every document it has published.
The people behind Wiki Leaks
WikiLeaks is a project of the Sunshine Press. It's clear that WikiLeaks is not a front for any intelligence agency or government org. This rumors was started early in WikiLeaks' existence, possibly by the intelligence agencies themselves. WikiLeaks is an independent global group of people with a long standing dedication to the idea of a free press and the improved transparency in society that comes from this. The group includes journalists, software programmers, network engineers, mathematicians and others.

Say no to Plastics

I assume that, while you are reading this.. you are atleast an educated, who knows that Plastic
is a non biodegradable substance and its harmful to environment. [ i need not explain how ? ]

Hey you, you are here reading this lines to get some message !!!. Please spread the Message if
you really got it!!!.

Few scenarios to write this Article :

1. When we went to trip , i saw many people [educated] bring snacks in plastics, and throwing it

in a open space.
2. Many eat chocolates, and throw the cover in roads thinking its a small cover.
Let us not think more than these two small examples. We are just a comman man, making a powerful

INDIA.
But the plastics thats thrown by you , may be a small one, but together it accumulates tons of

plastic wastes/day.

Real Example :
One of my friend purposefully throw chocolate covers on roads,Parks and tells us..
"Sir, You can never control it. It will Take long long years to control It.
People in india will never realise it. Our politics will never take actions to clean the waste.
If i alone dont throw the plastics, INDIA wont change in a day.Grow up sir. Stop all this

nonsense of save plastics.."
we were shocked..he is our close friend.A eductated working professional, himself thinks so
cheaply.
He himself dont realise what he is talking, then whats the use in blaming the illiterates for the

pollution.
We were not able to convince his thought and were not successfull in changing his mind to say no
to plastic.
He only said, it will take time for me to follow it..

Bull shit..
I hope you are not one like my friend..

Still.. once you complete reading my article, i want you to know:

1. If you throw one plastic cover . It will be one for you.
But in a day, 100 crore people like you through plastics thinking its only one cover,

understant the accumulation of Plastics
2. It happens like this.
You throw paper in a clean Park
Other visitors see the plastics, they too throw thinking, already there is a plastic waste,

ours will not be more to that waste..and the same way the waste gets accumulated in huge withoiut
your notice and you are the reason for it!! right?
3. I dont think it will need time to learn it.. It only needs awareness and social cause in you

to do. i dont think it is really a trouble some.
  • Dont throw chocolate covers/Ciggarete covers or any plastics on open space.
Carry it in your pocket or bag and throw it in a dustbin
  • Dont encourage usage of Plastic covers for carrying when it is really not required.
Use Paper bags wherever it is possible

Thats all.. nothing more..nobody expects more than this..

My Last Request :

We all read great books.. talk about great personalities and get inspired.
But We condemn our politics..we curse our govt...we talk bad about traffic jam, pollution, system, economy, quality etc..

Just ..just think for a while..
Dont you think its really we who are responsible for all this..
We have all the power to change things..it only need action from us.

Dear friend, its my request that, from today please

  • Dont throw chocolate covers/Ciggarete covers or any plastics on open space.
Carry it in your pocket or bag and throw it in a dustbin
  • Dont encourage usage of Plastic covers for carrying when it is really not required.
Use Paper bags wherever it is possible

Spread the message to your friends and dearests...
you will feel the change..You will feel proud..
You will enjoy the smile..You will enjoy the work

If you are really inspired.. please say no to Plastics..

N R I : Non Resident(Returning) Indian.

Visit blogadda.com to discover Indian blogs

A Non-Resident Indian is an Indian citizen who has migrated to another country, a person of Indian origin who is born outside India, or a person of Indian origin who resides permanently outside India.

According to facts Total Overseas Indian Population is more than 2.5 crore.
We never bothered about, the people who went outside India before 15-20 years and settled permanently in other countries.

We only worried about the people of India who went to overseas just to work for about 1-2 years and then settled in different countries. Those people born in India , studied in India and they started their career also in India but they don't want to work for India.
There are lakhs of people who went like that and begging green card /permanent citizenship from different countries across the globe.

So whats comes to my mind that every Indian should work a minimum period of 1-2 years in any government organisation before they going to any other countries on work permit Visa.
Indian government has got tons of organisation which can provide suitable jobs for the people who travelling to other countries.
Ex :
1.If Software engineer wants to travel abroad then before that he should work in any govt organisation where the software usability and development required. such as ISRO ,DRDO,ADA,NAL.
or even he can include in developing any military based application which will really helpful to protect our nation.

2.If Student wants to study in abroad then let him to go and study, but an intial agreement should be made so that he should come back to India and serve for min period in his respective field.

3. If a person wants to work in NASA before going there obviously he can work in ISRO.

4.If a person wants to do research in abroad then either first he can do research in abroad then work in India OR first he can do research in India then continue his research either in India or abroad.

5. If Doctors what to go for abroad then obviously they can work in lots of big govt hospitals.

like that everyone surely will get an opportunity to work for India before going to abroad.
To happen like this, lots of changes to be done in govt organisations rules and regulation. but surely this is possible. These type of policies already exist in many countries.
If all those people work for great India then Abdul Kalam's dream INDIA 20-20 will be much easier to achieve and make India a powerful nation in the world.

You may came across these statistics :
12% scientists and 38% doctors in the US are Indians.
36% of NASA employees are Indians or almost 4 out of 10 scientists are Indians.
34% employees at Microsoft, 28% at IBM, 17% at Intel and 13% at Xerox are Indians.

These statistics tell us great Indian minds works for America to make America still a powerful nation in the world.
Just assume if these many people worked for 2 years in our country, India would be much more improved than what we have today ??
We are paying heavily for American in terms of defence equipments,Space technology, medical equipments, agricultural consultants etc etc.

I know NRI's doing so much social welfare activities in India , but if that would have been done in greater levels in different fields such as technology, education, medical, agricultural research then India will surely become more powerful than any other countries in the world.

Still we have time,we will work for better India and make India a super power nation in the world.
" INDIA IS GREAT & INDIANS ALSO GREAT**"
